Entries must be submitted before midnight on September 14, 2007. Void where prohibited. Junior-Golf-Guide will select the prize winner by randomly choosing 1 email address from all of the entries. I will notify the winner via email following the closing date of the survey contest. If the selected winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fail to claim the prize within seven (7) days, the winner will forfeit their prizes and alternate winner will be selected. Junior-Golf-Guide.com is not responsible for entries not received due to internet access problems, service outages or delays, or any other technical difficulties or glitches. All participants will be required to indicate acceptance of these Official Entry Rules and, except where prohibited by law, the winners will be required to consent to the use of their first and last names, state or province, country, and/or prize information, without limitation for promotional purposes and without further payment.
